Acceptable Use Policy

Kobu helps you reply to people who interact with your Instagram account. To keep accounts safe and follow Meta’s rules, you agree not to use Kobu to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who did not interact with your account.
  • Send messages outside the windows and rules allowed by Meta’s Instagram Platform and Messaging policies.
  • Promote illegal products or services, scams, phishing, malware, or misleading claims.
  • Harass, threaten, discriminate against or impersonate anyone.
  • Share sexual content involving minors, or any content that violates Instagram’s Community Guidelines.
  • Collect or sell personal data of people who message you, or use it for purposes they did not expect.
  • Try to bypass Instagram rate limits, scrape Instagram, or access accounts you are not authorized to manage.
  • Reverse engineer, overload or attack the Kobu service.

Enforcement

We may pause automations, suspend or close accounts that break this policy, and report illegal activity to the authorities. Meta may also restrict accounts that break its rules.
