By using Kobu you agree to these terms.
The service
Kobu provides tools to schedule Instagram posts and automate replies to comments and direct messages through the official Instagram API. Features may change as Meta’s platform changes.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and have the right to connect the Instagram accounts you add. You are responsible for the content you publish and the messages your automations send.
Acceptable use
- Follow Instagram’s Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and Meta Platform Terms.
- No spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, misleading content, or illegal activity.
- Do not try to bypass rate limits or access data you are not authorized to access.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in USD in advance and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Free plan
DMs sent on the Free plan include a short “Sent with Kobu” line.
Availability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not responsible for changes or outages on Meta’s platform.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.
