Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Kobu to delete all data we hold about you and your Instagram account at any time.

Option 1 — From Kobu

• Log in to Kobu and open Settings → Account.
• Click Delete account. Your Instagram data, automations and scheduled posts are deleted.

Option 2 — From Instagram

• In Instagram, go to Settings → Apps and websites.
• Find Kobu and choose Remove. When Meta notifies us, we delete the data linked to that account.

Option 3 — By email

Email hello@usekobu.com with the subject “Data deletion” and your Instagram username. We confirm within 7 days.

Timing

Deletion is completed within 30 days. Billing records required by law may be kept for the legally required period. If you messaged or commented on an account that uses Kobu, you can ask through the same email and we will delete your data.
